At Joyous Care, our care and support teams are able to provide care 365 days a year 24 hours a day. We train and support our staff to care for you or your loved one no matter the time of day. We’re available weekdays and weekends, day and night – come rain or shine we’ll be there for you! We work 365 days a year, inclusive of bank holidays as we understand that care and support is required at all times of the day.
We are able to provide short-term care, for example respite services or short breaks, to you or your loved one, we put you first so we don’t have a minimum term when providing support and care. We have specially trained end of life carers for individuals who want to be supported at home for their final days/weeks of their lives.
We don’t discriminate with providing care and support to individuals, someone’s disability shouldn’t stop someone from achieving their best and having a quality of life. We work closely with the individual to personalise their support and tailor this to the individual’s needs to achieve the desired health and social outcomes.
